Young people are not just the Church of the future…they are a crucial
part of the Church of today! The Fellowship of Youth is the young peoples movement of the Zambesi
Evangelical Churches. It was formed in 1983 ‘with the purpose of helping young people to become
strong Christians and active participants in the Body of Christ’. Since then it has become a key
part of ZEC with its ministries extending to youngsters and activities beyond ZEC. FoY’s aims
are well expressed in its ‘slogan’ “Seek, serve and make disciples”. Read in full

Farewell to Fiona Fiona Mayer-Jones left ZM at the end of September to take up theological studies in Cambridge
having played an increasingly crucial role in the mission’s UK administration since she first
