 The new term, and year, at
the Evangelical Bible College of Malawi begins on Monday 5 January.
Please remember the following points in your prayers ~
1. The staff, especially those from the UK for whom we pray regularly
~ Myra Wilson, Ruth & Abraham Folayan, Annette Mapleson and Ruth Guinness. (Helen & Megumi
Fazakerley are continuing their UK leave until the middle of the year).
2. The second and third year students, that they will be free from anxieties
about their families and home circumstances and able to study diligently and profitably throughout
the year.
3. Some of the third year students will have their wives with them for this final year of their studies.
Please pray that the Wives Course will be effective in preparing these ladies for the vital roles they
will have in ministry with their husbands in future days.
4. The 38 new students who are expected to make up the first year. Ask
the Lord to make it possible for all of them to come and to quickly adapt and settle in to their studies.
5. Those who graduated last November. Most of them are now pastoring
Churches and very much need our prayerful support.
Finally, please ask the Lord for friends in the UK who can sponsor the EBCoM
students. The level of poverty is such that it is very unlikely that any of them can continue to study
without help from outside the country. If you feel that you could help in any way at all please phone
